Halloween is one of the most active times of the year. So many fond memories are made every October between friends and families. Seeing all of the rosy cheeks and varying creative costumes, it really is a time for celebration and happiness.

One thing that can put a huge damper on such a joyous time is the ever lingering COVID-19. (SARS-CoV-2) While it has been haunting us for months we still haven’t found a way to rid ourselves of this new and highly contagious virus. But that doesn’t mean that the festivities or the fun have to end. There are many different steps we can take to stop the contraction of this illness amongst our friends and loved ones. With new information coming out everyday, it’s important to stay on top of things, especially when it’s your health on the line. 

 The proper protection is a necessity in these times. Making sure to cover your face has been proven to help slow down this virus immensely. Using a proper face mask can be the deciding factor in your health. Proper masks, face shields and goggles have all done immeasurable things to help us in these times. Most areas have mandated masks and face shields to help keep everyone safe and healthy while carrying about in public. Incorporating a mask into a costume can be creative, fun and so incredibly important to keep you and your children safe this Halloween! It’s a holiday for the creative and the terrifying, so be bold!
